Your rights concerning personal data
We process your personal data, therefore:
- you have the right to access your personal data,
- you can correct them,
- you can erasure your personal data,
- you have the right to limit processing,
- you have the right to object (in particular if we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interests),
- the right to transfer your data,
- you may also withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal),
- you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if we process your data illegally.

For what purpose do we process your data? | We want to provide a reliable and complete answer to all your questions or to present you with our offer in response to your order. |
Is it necessary to provide your data? | This is voluntary, but without providing your data, we will not be able to contact you back to answer or give you a specific answer to your order. |
What is the legal basis for processing your data? | Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR, which is our legitimate interest and Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR, which is the entering into and performance of a contract. |
What is our legitimate interest? | This is to answer and contact you for this purpose. |
Who can access your data? | Your data may be made available to an entity from our capital group – AGRI-DROB sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gruszczyce, but only if the scope of your enquiry or order concerns the activity of this company (purchase of live poultry). |
How long will we store your data? | As long as it will be necessary to answer. However, it may turn out that your data will be kept for the period of the statute of limitations for claims related to the type of case you have presented. |
2. Sales of our products and business cooperation
For what purpose do we process your data? | Your personal data is processed by us for the purpose of concluding and performing a contract for the sale of our products and other contracts (e.g. delivery, service provision, cooperation), even when we buy or order your goods or services. We process data that uniquely identifies you, such as your name, surname, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address and, if you are self-employed, also your name and NIP, REGON number. |
