Plukon Food Group has published its 2024 sustainability report. The report highlights how we continued to build a sustainable and future-proof food system over the past year, with a focus on healthy nutrition, animal welfare, climate impact, and social responsibility.
The year 2024 was marked by both growth and deepening. We welcomed Denmark as a new Plukon country and expanded our presence in existing markets. At the same time, we made significant progress on our sustainability ambitions. A reforestation project was launched in Spain, we advanced developments in complementary proteins, and we reached our 2025 water reduction target ahead of schedule.
This report also marks a new phase in the way we report. For the first time, it is structured according to ESG principles (Environment, Social, Governance), in preparation for the mandatory CSRD reporting.
With this report, we reaffirm our commitment to transparency, sustainable growth, and social responsibility. We also want to reflect on what sustainability means for Plukon and celebrate the dedication and achievements of our colleagues.
